Tri- City Paving Inc. is a family
owned/operated company. It originated in Sault. Ste. Marie, Ontario,
where its current President Stefano Parisi founded its predecessor in
1969. Sine then, Mr. Parisi has been paving driveways and parking lots
in the tri-cities area. As president, Mr.Parisi continues to oversee all
aspects of the company and is heavily involved in the sales and
marketing. The other two principles in the company are Mr. Parisi’s son
Joe, and the Vice President, Mr. Manuel Rodrigues. Joe Parisi is a U of
W graduate, receiving an Honours B.Sc. degree in 1994. Customer
relations, personnel development and estimating are the biggest roles he
undertakes. Mr. Rodrigues over overseas all day to day operations of the
company. All three principles take a hands-on approach as is most often
needed for a small business operation to be successful.
At Tri-City Paving., we stress a family like
atmosphere for all its employees. The company employs between 10 and 15
personnel, all of whom take a great pride in role with the company. It
is our reliable and skilled people that are the backbone of our company.
Our sales representatives are customers focused with the proper
knowledge to answer any of your questions.
Tri-City Paving Inc. has more than doubled in
size since its conception in 1997. Over the years we have continued to
upgrade our machinery, needed to produce aesthetically appealing asphalt
works. As members of the Canadian Technical Asphalt Association we also
continue to be aware of the latest innovations in the asphalt industry.
Our services are provided over a wide range of markets, including the
cities of Kitchener-Waterloo, Cambridge, Brantford, Guelph, Milton,
Woodstock, and London. We are proud members of the Better Business
Bureau of Mid-Western Ontario and all our work comes with a written
warranty. We believe in repeat customers and a reputable name as the
cornerstone for our continued success.
